Private Residence - Unincorporated Will County, Illinois
The new private residence is being designed for a couple with three children
who are all out of the house (two children are presently in college). The house
is designed for the couple to not only entertain their two grandchildren, but
also serve host to large family functions. The two story, 2,700+ SF home
revolves around the kitchen, two story high family room, and dining room; all
of which are open to each other to allow for large groups, yet separated by
varying ceiling heights, finishes, etc. to provide individual privacy for smaller
gatherings. Additional to these three rooms is a laundry/sewing room, master
bedroom, and mater bathroom on the first floor, and two bedrooms, a bonus
room and full bathroom on the second floor.
